Below please find a brief description of the essential duties and responsibilities required to function successfully in this position. Position Summary: The Sales System Manager serves as corporate role overseeing all web based sales systems and online support tools for both the MDU and DSR Sales Channels. The channel generates new property contracts and currently maintains property agreements in our CRM. This tool provides a majority of all the Account Executive sales process and sales reporting for the enterprise MDU Sales Channel. The DSR Sales channel is our door-to-door field sales team, consisting of field sales personnel, support and management staff. The DSR uses a Sales Force Automation (SFA) handheld tool and SalesForce.com platform for territory management and order entry. Additionally, we have launched several online sales tools for both channels and this position is necessary to provide guidance, planning, strategy, support, and develop future system enhancements to improve all sales tool performance. Essential Job Functions: -Manage all MDU and DSR on-line web services platforms and venders to insure pure integration into our sales systems and procedures -Develop, plan, test, and QC all new web service sites dedicated to and supporting both MDU and DSR Sales Channels -Provide project management and development oversight for all new web services development projects and enhancements to improve our web service performance -Manage, provide training, generate reports, and plan development projects assocated with SalesForce.com CRM and all other on-line web sales service providers. -Monitor and support all sales tools to optimize performance, manage data storage, and coordinate with other TWC IT leaders for CVC data transfers Job Requirements: -Strong project management skills, Expert in cloud based platforms, IT skills, Strong planning skills, and strong IT platform development skills. Additionally, needs to perform high level training on IT tools.
