The role: Sales Systems Manager, SBS Advertiser Acquisitions and Sales The Acquisitions Program Team drives the acquisition of new high-growth advertisers for Google by partnering with the Inside Sales Organization (ISO), and External Telesales Organization (ETO). The team leads the design, planning and operations of programs that drive a scalable and analytical approach to generating incremental revenue growth. We work in partnership with cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product and Engineering. Experts in driving strategy, process improvement and consistency, team members are analytical and strategic with a pragmatic approach to high impact delivery. In this role, you will manage the Sales Systems/CRMs that are used by a 2,000 person front-line Sales organization. This is a strategic role that will require you to design and articulate systems solutions to complex, ambiguous and high visibility business challenges. You will work closely with sales and cross-functional leaders to ensure the various tools used by front-line sales teams are integrating and scaling with changes to strategy. You will provide sales systems and business analysis expertise to the ISO and ETO Sales leadership teams. Additionally, you will have exposure and visibility to senior executives and cross-functional leaders as you evangelize the systems opportunities in their support of programs to drive incremental revenue and productivity. Responsibilities: * Accountable for the maintenance and administering all systems use for 2,000+ users (multiple languages/countries). * Oversight for the management of centralized lead processing, cleansing, and distribution. * Creation and maintenance of standard reporting tools for team, regional, and global levels. * Develop materials, present training on systems use, as needed and own and Administer Salesforce.com CRM system a design, developing and implement new functionality on a quarterly basis to automate interactions with the CRM, and implement other updates as required. * Act as key liaison point for other departments (e.g. Marketing, Sales Operations, Product Specialists). Ensure cross-functional coordination and alignment in systems development. Minimum Qualifications: * BA/BS in economics, mathematics, physics, statistics or accounting. In lieu of degree, 4 years of relevant experience. * Proficiency with APEX coding, VisualForce and previous experience with CTI integration. Preferred Qualifications: * Salesforce.com Certified Administrator and Developer, with relevant practical experience at both. * Distinctive research and problem solving skills, combined with strong business judgment. * Analytical mind that is capable of structured analysis of data together with ability to synthesize data into useful formats and bring actionable insights. * Superior Excel modeling skills (pivot tables, macros etc.) and PowerPoint skills. Strong database experience (e.g. SQL, MS Access etc.) * Consistently deliver quality outputs in a high paced and dynamic environment with an ability to work to tight deadlines.
