Our client is a growing, national Tenant Screening and Collections company who is looking to add a SALES TEAM LEAD executive to their team. This position will be located in their corporate headquarters located in the SouthEast. For the right candidate, there is an aggressive base and commission plan. ü      I have 3 years of experience selling solutions to the property management industry.

ü      I have managed and trained a sales force.

ü      I live to sell and want other salespeople on my team to succeed as well.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

ü      Completely understand products and services, mission statement and corporate goals

ü      Completely understand the mechanisms which clients utilize to access products and services

ü      Train/Develop/Maintain sales skills of the Account Executives on the Rental Exchange team

ü      Motivate the Account Executives

ü      Develop monthly sales contests to keep the sales floor excited and competitive

ü      Monitor Account Executives’ progress towards achieving their goals     

ü      Coordinate lead generation and distribution to the appropriate sales staff

ü      Manage follow-up processes to ensure all leads have been acted upon through the proper process

ü      Personally aide Account Executives in closing tough prospects

ü      Maintain a positive work environment on the sales floor

ü      Ensure open communication between Account Executives, Client Support Specialists, Trainers, and the Director

ü      Ensure that long term relationships are established and maintained via phone contact with Clients

ü      Maintain open communication with the Director

ü      In coordination with the director, develop regular reporting of both team and individual progress towards goals

ü      Make hiring/termination decisions in consultation with the director

ü      Enforce office policies and procedures

ü      Minimize the Sales Department’s expenses
