Sales Team Lead recruitment

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for acquiring new Trade customers

- Work closely with Group Leader, Business Head and program product team to determine direction and strategy of Trade business

- Manage team of 8 persons covering acquisition and account opening

- Ensure client services are provided and in compliance with the Bank internal policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

- Knowledge of trade financing is compulsory

- Good credit analysis and problem solving skills

- Strong people leader

- Results driven
