Leader to lead and support a team of Account Managers. smallPRINT Australia is a leading developer and publisher of learning and assessment support resources to registered training organisations and businesses across Australia. Established in 1998, smallPRINT now supports over 2,000 organisations across Australia. As the Sales Team Leader you will have the skills and abilities to effectively perform the following:
- Lead, develop and support a team of Account Managers
- Manage Account Managers sales performance across each portfolio
- Undertake high level account management of clients
- Execute sales and promotional plans that achieve specified business targets
- Analyse, monitor, evaluate report on sales performance
- Provide customer and industry feedback to inform marketing activities
- Prospect for new key clients
- Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders acros the organisation
- Lead and cultivate a quality customer service ethos
- Continuously improve quality and productivity outputs of the Sales Team
Experience in the Vocational Education Training sector is highly desirable. Essential to the role is your proven ability and experience in developing and leading effective sales teams to achieve targets. Salary range from $65-80k.
