This is a new position created within an expanding and forward thinking Wilmslow based organisation. My client is seeking an experienced Senior Sales person seeking their next move or an experienced Team Leader / Sales Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion to succeed.
- Manage, develop and work with the current sales team
- Calling new inbound enquiries with a view to securing property viewings / bookings
- Establish property valuations through efffective questioning using comparable evidence
- Adoptign a consultative approach and demonstrating a strong commercial acumen in order to determine client's needs and offer solutions
- Organising regional diaries
- Working to set targets
Experience
- Strong sales / account management background
- A background in Recruitment, Estate Agency or Senior Sales / Team Leader would be an advantage
