Randstad are currently looking for experienced Sales Team Leaders.

Within this role your primary responsibilities will be:

• Supervising customer representatives
• Motivating and creative thinking 
• Coaching, training and providing feedback

• Maximising performance amongst the team

Successful applicants will demonstrate:

  • Availability to work Monday-Friday between the hours of 7.30am-6pm OR 6am-1.30pm
  • Previous call centre experience- Minimum 3 years preferred  
  • Professional, pro-active and positive approach
  • Excellent written, numerical and verbal communication skills
  • Creative, dynamic and energetic
  • Demonstrate ability to work to deadlines
  • Prior experience in maximising  a teams performance
  • Implementing and meeting competitive targets
  • Team player
