Sales Territory Manager

A progressive sales and service company headquartered in Charlotte, NC with a branch location in Jacksonville, FL has an opportunity for a territory management position.  Our company specializes in valve refurbishment, field machining, welding of components in the power generation, pulp and paper, and chemical markets to name a few.  Our in shop and field services include testing and diagnostic of valves and related products.  We also represent a line of relief valves for diverse markets as well.

We are an aggressive company that has been in business since 1992.  We are part of an expanding market base that allows us to seek an experienced territory manager for central /northern Florida including southeastern Georgia.  60% travel required.

Training will be provided to learn our company and effective ways to help us continue our growth trend. In addition to exceeding company goals the territory manager will;

Execute effective planning, prospecting, and goal setting.

Be able to identify immediate and future needs, as well as provide competitive differentiation and value definition to secure a successful customer solution.

Provide in depth technical expertise regarding assigned services we provide.

Provide solution based selling and communicate effectively with our team that supports the organizations that impact our business.

Qualifications;

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

CRM Experience

Time Management

Organizational Skills

Record Keeping

Excellent communication and listening Skills

 

A four year degree is preferred.

 

Have a minimum of three years successful sales experience in industrial sales calling on power generation, pulp and paper, and chemical companies.  Only Applicants with this experience will be considered.
