Sales Trader – Derivatives recruitment

Top-tier Broker seeks graduate Options / Futures Sales Trader to join their client derivatives trading desk managing client Portfolios across both Options and Futures products. Maintain and build client relationships and assist with the running of their portfolios. The role involves sales trading, and is primarily focused on dealing with options, and futures and the clients who trade them

Key Responsibilities:

* To build in indepth knowledge of the products you will be trading
* To deal with Clients on a constant basis
* Build relationships and develop new leads for the Company
* To Broke / Trade accurately and efficiently in order to make money for the Company
* Ensure client trades are quickly and accurately quoted, re-quoted and/or accepted
* Ensure that risk is monitored, managed and hedged where appropriate
* Ensure that deals are booked, PL and other reports checked, and all administration carried out as appropriate
* Ensure that clients are treated fairly by knowing the customer, providing an appropriate level of service, communicating clearly and fairly and ensuring complaints are reported.

Educational / Experience Requirements:

Required Skills:

* Educated to degree standard or equivalent
* 1-2 years Financial market knowledge and experience
* Interest in working with Options/Derivatives/Futures
* IT skills including Excel, Word, Outlook
* Familiarity with information sources such as Bloomberg and Reuters

Desired Skills:

* Experience dealing with Options/Derivatives/Futures
