A Baltimore area contractor is seeking an entry level salesperson to join our team. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our sales team to generate sales through outbound calls to our current customers, through trade shows and other public events, and through direct sales to our customers. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and motivated professional with a desire to excel in sales. We are looking for a recent college graduate who has a degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Or someone with at least 3 years of prior sales experience.

Job Description and requirements:
The entry level sales representative will be responsible for generating sales through outbound calls to current customers and to prospects for direct sales or appointments for our outside sales staff. This position will also include generating sales through trade shows and other public events which will also increase customer awareness of the company.
The goal of this position is to turn the entry level salesperson into a fulltime outside sales person through training and mentoring.
