We are seeking a Sales Trainee. The individual will spend 6 – 18 months in a training program preparing them for a regional sales position. He/she will get the opportunity to spend time in each of the departments of our company, travel to our various manufacturing and service facilities and train with experienced Regional Account Managers. During the training program, this individual will be based out of our headquarters located in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. He/she will begin their training in our Customer Support department, and will learn about the product line, customers and order processing.
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Communications.
- Must be open to regular travel and likely relocation to a territory as yet unknown.
- Business exposure gained through a relevant internship, and/or 1 to 2 years of sales experience is also required.
