Job Description
• Program manage curriculum preparation and content for ReachLocal’s new hire sales training orientation program and on-going education courses for new hires.
• Prepare and deliver classroom and field-based training and custom instructional materials for ReachLocal products and services (including new product launch materials), and new hire inductions for sales teams.
• Support all Sales Leaders in the on-going training and support of Sales Executives in the field
• Maintain direct, consistent communication with technical product development teams and marketing teams to successfully acquire and maintain product information, including up-to-date schedules of product release information.
• Coordinate the execution of in-classroom technologies such as A/V, video conferencing and other online learning systems.
• Partner with relevant product teams to learn new products, as released, and assist with preparation of required training materials for instructor led training delivery, to include classroom training and virtual classroom.
• Co-deliver classes or train-the-trainer sessions for all topics relating to enhancements of existing products, release of new products, new hire inductions and development for current employees.
• Assist Director of Learning with various training materials updates and other special projects.
To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years experience within Field Sales Management or Sales Training. The ideal background would be in digital media, technology, or a business with a high level of proactive B2B sales activity.
