Sales Trainer recruitment

Our client, a leading Financial Institution with several different business lines, is looking to expand their sales training programme for EMEA.

Reporting into the Head of Training for EMEA and partnering with key country heads, you will be instrumental in implementing a sales training strategy programme. Key elements of the role will include:

Partnering with Senior Stakeholders to understand business objectives and training needs.

Co-ordinating and facilitating all sales training solutions.

Researching and introducing new sales training programmes utilising external trainers.

This is an excellent opportunity for either an experienced sales professional, looking to move into a training role or an existing trainer who has had exposure to implementing training programmes for sales professionals. Candidates must have strong programme management skills and be able to demonstrate examples of this. Candidates without this experience cannot be considered.
