Sales Trainer
Our client is looking for a Sales Coach or Trainer on an initial 3 month temporary contract to help train new recruits for team of Sales Advisers and to provide on-going coaching. This role has the potential to turn into a permanent position.
The ideal candidate needs to have sales training and coaching experience, who would be responsible for training new recruits, including product and sales training.
They would also then need to provide and offer on-going coaching, including call listening and feedback sessions, additional specific training sessions and other coaching and training duties.
