The Sales/Account Management Support Specialist is responsible for performing all administrative duties that support the sales or marketing teams, as specified by the department's standard office routine, practices, procedures and instructions.

Essential Functions:
- Provides clerical support for the sales and account management team.
- Responds to incoming phone calls and e-mail inquiries from various channels; screens and routes calls appropriately; provides inquiry resolution.
- Schedules meetings and maintains calendars as requested.
- Arranges conference rooms, conference calls and other meeting events.
- Distributes meeting agendas and materials in advance of meeting.
- Coordinates some administrative and logistical arrangements for team.
- Reviews and distributes department mail.
- Independently handles travel arrangements.
- Arranges for audio-visual and teleconference equipment.
- Tracks and compiles expense receipts and prepares monthly expense reports.
- Orders office supplies, processes purchase orders and invoice requests.
- Photocopy, fax and file.
- May prepare and format multiple interoffice communications, e-mail, letters, reports, and confidential documents.
- Screens e-mail and prepares appropriate basic correspondence on behalf of account managers and sales executives.
- Drafts standard/recurring correspondence for account manager and sales executive approval.
- Prepares and distributes meeting agendas.
- May maintain databases, information systems and process requirements for the sales and account management team.
- Establishes and maintains databases specific to the sales and account management team.
- Completes data entry; formats and produces standard reports.
- Performs system activities in relation to packet orders, contract changes, and other activities not supported by the customer account team (CAT).
- Tracks, monitors and reconciles data, collaborating with other dept staff.
- Follows-up on action items to meet deadlines.
- May serve as sales and account management liaison between the customer account team (CAT) and other internal departments.
- Meets regularly with team to discuss and keep manager apprised of important issues and dept matters.
- Effectively communicates to all levels of management, peers, and purchasers.
- Communicates critical issues between customer account team and sales and account management team.
- Assesses urgency of situation and determines an executive appropriate course of action.
- Works with internal KP departments to achieve a high level of purchaser satisfaction.
- May coordinate new member orientation.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- 1+ year of administrative experience, preferably in sales and marketing.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Good Customer Service skills
