This is an exciting opportunity brand new position for a results-oriented Sales/Contract Administrator to join a stable, growing company where he/she will be responsible for researching new bids emerging in the telecomm industry.

 

Primary Objective:  Manage and grow Waveguide’s RFP response by internet research, and data management to attain approved vendor status

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

§   Research municipal, university, state and federal bid process (RFP Searches and Response Management) via Internet Research

§   Manage input and updates to CRM tool (Sales force Manager)

§   Collaborate on pre-bid meeting status with the Sales Director

§   Contract Administration; ensure all pieces of contract is met including COI’s, bonding and insurance

§   Provide status updates for bonding reports to the bonding company

§   Gain a strong understanding of the telecommunications industry; develop standard contract

§   Maintain spreadsheets

§   Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

 

Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CRM Tool – Sales Force Manager

Must be organized, detail oriented and have strong verbal and written communication skills

Experienced working on RFP’s, familiar with the bid process and the communications industry
