Salesforce Administrator

Specifically this role will involve:

- KPI reporting for Global CRM
- Implement data quality control measures and advise on best practices to reduce/resolve data anomalies.
- Support offices and teams in maintaining and managing client data accuracy and integrity
- Analyse data proactively to support marketing and sales goals
- Develop relationships with data supplying partners (in UK and Europe) and data quality vendors

This is a technical support role (rather than an IT role) and the incumbent will be expected to develop a thorough understanding of the salesforce.com CRM system, its configuration/set up and how it supports the sales and marketing processes and business requirements. Experience of analytical tools such as Demand Tools/Crystal Reports/Tableau would be advantageous though not essential.

Essential Skills

• Excellent MS Excel (using formulas and functions) and Access (creating database with basic queries)
• Experience of Salesforce.com or similar
• Experience in working in a data-driven marketing environment, with the analytical skills and the strong attention to detail that this entails.
• Familiarity with web-based techniques for reporting and information sharing
• Quick learner who enjoys a stretching role within a fast moving and dynamic environment;
• Self-starter – proven ability to manage own time/resources and prioritise workload, demonstrating self-direction and resourcefulness;
• Good communication and influencing skills
• A good general understanding of sales and marketing
