About the Opportunity

Flight Centre is actively searching for a Salesforce Administrator to either work out of Vancouver, BC or Toronto, ON. Currently, Flight Centre’s B2B team uses the Salesforce.com and Marketo.com platforms to track clients and prospects, manage campaigns, implement marketing initiatives, and record networking and trade show tasks/ROI and contacts.

You will play a pivotal role in leading the scoping, administration, and training on applications implemented on the Salesforce.com platform.


More specifically, you will aid and support the outside sales teams and Senior Management by managing the CRM system, and mining the data to relay to the sales and marketing teams and other applicable stakeholders.

In order to succeed in this role, you must be comfortable performing data manipulation/cleaning, and have a good understanding of  integrating scenarios and design. Ideally, you are knowledgeable in sales databases and database integration for websites.

As the Salesforce Administrator will frequently act as a technical advisor to staff when developing new related strategies, you must have strong interpersonal skills paired with excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
