Team Overview

The CRM team sits within a larger Collaboration services team who are responsible for supporting the Distribution function with provision of a CRM Web, Intranet and mobile toolset to meet their collaboration requirements. CRM has been rolled out globally; its purpose is to provide a common, best practice CRM platform across all the sales, marketing and client service functions. The CRM team is responsible for on-going support and development. The CRM system is Salesforce.com which is integrated with various other platforms, including Eloqua e-marketing.

Overview of role

Title – CRM Salesforce administrator

This position is for a CRM Administrator working with the UK European offices in particular, but within the Global CRM function.

This is a pro-active role to support and develop on-going CRM within the Distribution function, primarily to:

• Provide support for CRM processes across Sales, Marketing, Client Service
• Work with business stakeholders to define global /or regional CRM enhancements
• Hands on configuration of Salesforce application (to agreed standards) and work with external vendors where development is required)
• Deliver training for new and existing personnel
• Support offices and teams in maintaining and managing client data accuracy and integrity, and integrations with other systems

Essential Skills

• Salesforce Certified Administrator (201 level as a minimum)
• Experience of working with CRM (Salesforce.com) in the areas of marketing automation, integration with sales marketing tools and data sets, and operational client servicing
• Experience of the full project lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering through to implementation and on going support
• Good communication skills – able to engage professionally and influence tactfully at all levels within the organisation.
