Current Need

Salesforce.com (SFDC) Administrator

We are seeking a qualified candidate to design, develop, configure, implement, and administer a SFDC Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application for our growing business. You will be responsible for working closely with the Sales, Marketing, IT, Business Intelligence, Customer Service, and Support organizations to define business processes and implement solutions within SFDC in support of those processes. Strong business analysis skills will be required to translate ideas into well-defined and efficient processes. In addition, effective project management skills will be necessary to build project plans, estimate timelines, identify and manage risks and communicate expectations.

Extensive SFDC experience in areas such as Lead Management, Campaign Management, Content Management, Customer Service/Case Management, and Dashboard/Report development will be necessary. You will be expected to keep current on the core capabilities of SFDC, as well as AppExchange applications in these functional areas, and apply this knowledge to ensure best technical solutions are considered and implemented.

Strong database experience is required, preferably Oracle. Experience with SFDC implementations involving heavy data integration utilizing ETL tools such as Informatica is desired. You will be responsible for developing and monitoring data quality reports and dashboards, as well as resolving data integrity issues appropriately and timely.

This position will also be responsible for production support of SFDC.

Position Description

Responsible for the analysis, acquisition, installation, modification and support of operating systems, databases, and utilities. Conducts systems programming and systems support activities such as new or revised program language codes, processing routines, report generators, etc. Monitors effective language codes, processing routines, hardware utilization and utilization of database management techniques. Modifies, maintains and updates software such as compilers, link editors, assemblers, OEM utilities, JCL, macros and subroutines. Develops and reviews operator and control instructions. Prepares and conducts system and programming tests requiring interfacing of hardware and software. Conducts programming tasks including program design, program coding, debugging and documentation. As directed, prepares feasibility studies and designs tests to determine operating characteristics of software.

Additional Knowledge Skills

Thorough understanding of database concepts, data management (RDBMS) and SQL

Solid understanding of Internet technologies: firewalls, web servers, proxy servers, etc.

In depth understanding of SFDC Profiles/Roles and Sharing Rules

In depth understanding of Validation Rules, Tasks, Workflow rules, Triggers, Apex classes, etc.

Working experience in Visual Force, Apex, S-controls and other customizations of SFDC

In depth knowledge of Java, J2EE, PHP

The ability to effectively identify, prioritize and escalate customer issues is required.

Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem solving skills are necessary. Attention to detail is critical.

Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.

Minimum Requirements

6+ years experience in systems programming with a minimum of 1 year experience as a SFDC Administrator. Must have a proven track record of success delivering value to the business.

Education

4-year degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
