As a part of the Technology Services Group, the Consultant will focus on the analysis, design and development of technology-based solutions for clients in a team environment. The consultant will work alongside technical, functional and industry specialists to assist with the development, implementation and integration of innovative system solutions using different methods, techniques and tools. The consultant will contribute to client satisfaction by providing timely and responsive value added services and work products and use individual functional/ technical knowledge to ensure work products and deliverables are of the highest caliber to ensure client satisfaction. Required Skills - Extensive experience developing within SalesForce.com. - Strong configuration and design skills are essential to this position. - Understanding of the full application lifecycle from inception through maintenance. - Strong technical foundation including; Advanced structured programming - APEX, Force.com, .Net, Java, etc., understanding of relational database concepts and structures, knowledge of SQL, structured system analysis and design methods, etc. - Working knowledge of data structures and understanding of data migration. - Proven ability to learn technical concepts and translate them to the appropriate audience. - Current SalesForce Certified Administrator and/or Consultant designations preferred - Understanding of data structures and migrations using the SalesForce.com data loader, import wizard, and Excel Connector tools. - Configure and deploy SalesForce to customers and customize modules to their specific business needs. - 5+ years of experience configuring and delivering application solutions. - Bachelor's Degree in Information Sciences, Business or relevant discipline. Other Skills - Strong problem solving skills - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Ability to work independently or in a team environment at various times - Work with clients, either on site or remotely, to understand their business processes and strategies as it relates to SalesForce.com - Maintain Certified Administrator and Consultant Certifications - MUST be willing to travel extensively Additional Information: Travel Percentage: 100%
