ABOUT THE POSITION:
Our client is adding a Salesforce.com Lead to their team on a Direct-Hire basis. This person will be responsible for the design and development of customizations to the existing Salesforce environments. In addition, this person will manage all development activity of the offshore resources.
- Manages the design and development of new enhancements and integrations of Salesforce.com and other applications.
- Develop understanding of the existing system enhancements, to be able to effectively troubleshoot and debug issues.
ABOUT THE REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 3+ years of Salesforce.com development experience in Enterprise or Unlimited
- Ability to management offshore development team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
