Salesforce CRM Developer
Job Description:
* Maintain and support legacy CRM application and processes
* Maintain and support legacy mWholesaler mobile application and processes
* Maintain and support moderately complex databases used by CRM application for both transactional and reporting purposes
* Troubleshoot legacy CRM application, ETL and database issues
* Analyze and document legacy CRM application, aiding in the requirements gathering for CRM replacement initiative.
* Develop and maintain new CRM reports and reporting solutions based on defined business needs.
* Contribute to the development, support and maintainance of new CRM Application system when it comes.
* Develop and maintain ETL jobs related to data transfers to and from the new CRM application when it comes
Person Specification:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or comparable discipline
* 3-5 years development experience and/or experience with CRM tools, especially Salesforce
* 2-3 years experience using ETL tools, specifically INFORMATICA Power Center 8.5/9.0
* Strong PLSQL and ORACLE experience.
* Familiarity with Transact-SQL and MS SQL Server.
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
* Willingness to work occasionally outside of normal business hours.
* Excellent English oral and written communication skills
