We currently have an opportunity available on a temp to hire basis for a Salesforce guru. This person will need to work with many people at all levels so verbal/written communication skills are important. Many reports are exported to excel from salesforce so proficiency with Excel is imperative. Must also train the sales team on best practices utilizing sales force, etc.
Additional Duties:
· Perform manual data entry/data clean-up.
· Deliver training for end users on the Salesforce.com application
· Assist users with ad hoc reporting and issues as needed
· Manage relationship with Salesforce.com administrators
Minimum Qualifications:
· Proficiency using the Salesforce.com CRM solution, including lead, account and opportunity management
· Strong data manipulation and analysis skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
· Able to train users on the features and functionality of the Salesforce.com tool
· Ability to work with sales and sales leadership to gather requirements and impart information to Salesforce Administrators
