Salesforce Project Manager Job in Phoenix 85032, Arizona US
We are currently seeking a SFDC Project Manager for one of our clients in Phoenix, AZ. This will be a 4 month contract.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for all aspects of project management (planning, organizing, scheduling, tracking of projects from concept specification, design, through on-time delivery) for two large Salesforce projects.
Coordinate with the business stakeholders, executive management, development team, QA team and vendors during the planning and execution phases to ensure timely delivery of all aspects of projects. Gain a high level of knowledge and understanding of the business processes and applications systems affected by each project.
Additional duties:
• Coordinate regular status meetings, requirements sessions and other meetings as required.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget and scope and with high quality
• Successfully manage project expectations and clarify roles and responsibilities when needed
• Establish, improve, and champion the use of formal project management tools and techniques across in all assignments, in the areas of:
• Project and process plans
• Regular status reports and executive summary reports
• Development and maintenance of accurate project schedules
• Management of issues and action items, tracking to timely resolution
• Work with corporate PMO staff to ensure all required documentation and procedures are followed.
Minimum Requirements:
• CRM background concentrating on SalesForce.com expertise mandatory.
• Sales Cloud Knowledge: Marketing Leads, Opportunities Quotes, Approvals Workflow and Contracts Entitlements
• Service Cloud Knowledge:CallCenter, Knowledge, Analytics, Partners, Approvals Workflow and Contracts Entitlements.
• Demonstrated history of leading the successful implementation of multiple Sales and Service Cloud modules
• Emphasis on Customer Service, Call Center, Recruiting Sales
• Strong influencing skills. Comfort with negotiating and driving timely decisions (rather than consensus) when required
• Excellent communication and planning skills with a history of developing effective relationships with business, technical staff and executive management.
• Successful ability to manage conflict with positive results
• Strong political acumen, diplomacy, and emotional intelligence
• Ability to comfortably work in a fast paced, often ambiguous and event driven environment.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders, negotiate scope and clarify priorities
• Ability to manage large global teams and apply standard project management methodologies

• Ability to create a team vision and motivate the team to achieve a common goal.
• Ability to lead a team spread over a various geographic regions, including offshore.
• 5-10 years of successful project management experience
