Sales/Implementation Representative Job in Chicago, Illinois US

Salary:
First year income dependent on experience: Total compensation (base salary and commission) $60,000-$75,000 based on meeting and exceeding sales quotas and driving usage of Polymedco products within existing accounts. Second year, compensation of $75,000-$90,000 and third year $90,000-$120,000.

Our Sales Representative are paid an excellent first year base income with a substantial incentive commission program.

Polymedco is an international sales and marketing company specializing in laboratory and physician office diagnostic reagents and testing equipment. Our market focus is mainly large medical systems including National, Regional, Hospital and Physician Group Labs. We have experienced significant growth in the last few years due to our ability to acquire unique technologies and successfully market them.

Polymedco is currently changing the outcome of Colorectal Cancer (CRC) with its manual and automated FIT Screening. There is very large growth opportunity as FIT becomes the standard of care in CRC Screening.

Education Required:
Successful Sales Representative must possess a 4-year degree.

Minimum Requirements:
Top performer with 1-3 years outside sales experience is highly desired. Many of our successful Sales Representatives come to us with experience in areas outside of the medical industry. A proven track record of top performance must be documented. We require a positive attitude and a sense of urgency, along with strong work ethic to achieve the desired results. Excellent oral and written skills, time management skills, team building skills, self-motivated, responsible and achievement motivated. Must be comfortable developing sales in a timely manner.

Job Description:
Our Sales Representatives build long-term relationships with healthcare institutions nationwide and bring value to these practices by introducing them to some of the leading diagnostic testing kits and equipment in the industry.

The primary responsibility of this position will be to sell a variety of Polymedco products within an assigned territory. Your main focus would be on creating new customers and selling additional products to existing Polymedco customers. As well as helping implement FIT testing in major medical initiations in the Eastern half of the United States. Career Path: Within one year be assigned a full time territory. Management opportunities after 2-4 years of employment.

Responsibilities would also include the development and growth of relationships with decision makers, key physicians, and thought leaders within the territory. Employees in this role are responsible for assisting in the successful implementation of new products within very large healthcare institutions through various means. These avenues include, but are not limited to, educating, in-servicing, and interfacing with physicians, nurses, clinic administrators, laboratory personnel, etc. who are affiliated with large hospitals, medical groups and healthcare systems that are currently utilizing Polymedco assays. An average of 10 nights of travel per month is required . All business related expenses are paid and generous car allowance is provided.
