Sanctions Manager- Policy & Advisory
Global/Universal Banking groups FCC expansion has created this additional head count to focus on Global Sanctions requirements. To increase 2nd line defence within group to focus on it's Private Banking division
This position is a blend of business advisory and policy evolutions requiring the sanctions manager to have excellent communication skills, depth of knowledge across broad sanctions knowledge.
Specifically-
leading BAU activity and policy enhancements, representing sanctions across the private banking operations - including briefing senior management.
Further manage escalations globally on specific investigations- in partnership with other senior FCC staff from across the business.
