Sanctions/AML Risk Manager
Global Bank have an excellent interim opportunity for an experienced risk individual with Sanctions / AML experience. The role will be to work within a small central (global) risk team supporting Sanctions / AML remediation and the development of a robust Sanctions / AML risk framework in a global payments and trade business.
This individual will support any number of Sanctions / AML related activities to include:
Sanction policy translation / gap analysis and drafting guidance.
Support the response to an external review of Sanctions / AML.
Risk issue management support / reporting.
Proactively driving forward individual workstreams / activates from the Groups Sanctions / AML
Operational Plan to enhance Sanctions / AML knowledge and awareness, processes and assurance across the Group Operations.
Knowledge / experience
Have strong experience of working with Sanctions/AML policies is a must.
Strong leadership skills
Experience in communicating and presenting to stakeholders
Working experience of payments and trade finance is�ideal
Worked previously in a risk environment in a financial institution.
