SAP Administration Job in Sydenham 2044, New South Wales Australia

A NSW Government Department is seeking a SAP administration and support Officer to assist in supporting the Branch. This is a long term opportunity.  

This is a busy role and it is essential that the successful applicant has previous experience using TRIM records system and SAP finance system. Experience working within Government Departments is also desirable but not essential.

The successful applicant will be required to:

·  Provide Assistance and support to the director. Including Diary Management.

· Provide administrative support services to the Branch.

· Maintain effective records management systems using TRIM. This involves filing and tracking of files and correspondence and using TRIM to provide reports

·  Assist the Events Coordinator with administrative functions. This includes managing invitations and RSVP’s, web page updates, organising staff for event assistance, setup and ad hoc event assistance on the day

·  Use SAP accounting system for processing.

· Stationary Management

· Organise meetings. Including the arrangement of invitations, accommodation, catering and distribution of agendas/ minutes within established timeframes.

· Manage the Mailbox, responding to enquiries and providing advice and assistance

· Booking travel itineraries

· Provide guidance and advice to staff to ensure data and records are processed and integrity is maintained.

· General office duties and coordination

·  Ad hoc projects

· Document preparation and formatting

· Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suit
