Responsibilities Qualifications
· Project support for the planning and budgeting process ($25M/yr)
· Subject matter expert for the SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module.
· Provide day-to-day SAP PM support to engineering and design staff. This includes working with project managers to create the framework for tracking project costs in the SAP PM module, providing monthly cost updates, reviewing control reports, etc.
· Regularly run cost reports for engineers / managers using data in SAP PM
· Serve as liaison between engineering/design group and the business support group
· Steward organization budget (monthly) against the annual plan.
· Identify mis-charges, issue corrections (journal vouchers) and perform other ‘troubleshooting’ support for the SAP PM system
· Successful candidate needs meticulous attention to detail, good interpersonal skills, strong initiative, good organizations skills
· Proficiency with MS Excel (e.g. pivot tables, charts, graphs) and SAP is required
· SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module experience is preferred, but will consider candidates with just SAP experience
· Successful candidate will have a passion for the financial area of the business and have a strong interest in using the SAP system.
