The candidate is responsible for providing guidance on the overall data management/archiving strategy and on how SAP Archiving can be leveraged within the client environment. The ideal candidate demonstrates the ability to translate across different approaches and techniques to bring about a successful and cohesive project. The candidate must demonstrate the knowledge and experience of the typical phases of the system development life cycle and subsequent maintenance.
The SAP Archiving Developer will also have demonstrated ability to collaborate with various people and organizations in an effort to develop win/win results. In addition, this individual should have good communication skills, work well in a team environment, have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence others.
Minimum 9 years of general IT experience, with 3 years in SAP and 1 year in archiving.
Ability to work in a high pressure environment, meet deadlines, and simultaneously develop, deploy and coordinate multiple projects.
Experience with SAP Document Archiving or Data Archiving
Experience in gathering the archiving requirements from the business
Extensive experience in ABAP, ABAP Objects
Experience managing a team of developers
Experience in SAP functional areas related to FI, Procurement.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience
Masters' Degree desired
U.S. Citizenship Required
