SAP Global Support - Business Intelligence Team.
Analyze reporting requirements to design reporting process in the appropriate SAP systems, utilizing appropriate reporting tools.
Provide guidance to the business report writers and other BI team members regarding reporting best practices.
Develop BW reports using Business Objects or BW tools.
Design and implement BW functionality using standard and/or custom content and extractors.
Support the operation of the SAP BW and BO products.
PRIMARY FOCUS: Business Objects / BW Reporting
Bachelors degree and 10+ years of IT/business related experience and 7+ years SAP experience supporting SAP Business Warehouse and / or Business Objects. . In lieu, 12+ years of experience will be acceptable.
SAP and SAP Business Warehouse experience with SAP Business Explorer (BEx).
Expertise in Business Objects reporting tools (Crystal, Webi, Xcelsius)
Good communication skills. Out-going personality for working with and training others.
Knowledge of Business Processes and data in Manufacturing, Operations, Logistics, Procurement, or Quality management in SAP ECC as it relates to reported data.
Experience designing and implementing BW Infoproviders.
Experience supporting the production operation of a BW system.
Pluses: Experience with APD, SAP Enterprise Portal, ABAP programming and debugging.
Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
