SAP Business Analyst Job in Toronto, Ontario Canada
Our client is currently seeking one (1) SAP Business Analyst. This is a contract opportunity slated to begin in December 2011, and is projected to be two (2) months in length with the possibility of extending.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Reviewing and understanding of the elearning documents;
- Business Architecture document for the clients's elearning initiative;
- Logical Architecture document of the city's elearning initiative;
- ELearning Strategy report produced by FKA;
- Assessment of the current capabilities and limitations of existing SAP 's LMS;
- Environment/solution relative to industry best practices for LMS;
- Assessment of "full implementation" costs of SAP LSO solution if relevant;
- Assessment of SAP choice points (SAP solution role options) in the LMS
implementation; and, - Assessment and options available using existing SAP infrastructure.
Skills and Qualifications
The qualified candidate must have:
- Minimum 10 years' business experience on HR and LMS business processes;
- Minimum 5 years' implementing SAP HR and SAP LMS (SAP Enterprise Learning or SAP Learning Solution);
- Minimum 3 successful SAP HR implementations and 2 SAP LMS implementations including but not limited to;
- Personnel Administration(HR-PA-PA);
- Organizational Management (HR-PA-OM);
- Personnel Development (HR-PA-PD) including Qualifications, Development;
- Plans and Performance Management;
- SAP Training and Events Management (HR-PE);
- SAP Time Management (HR-PT);
- SAP ESS, MSS (related to training and events bookings, authorizations)
- SAP Learning Solution LSO (Authoring, Learner, Instructor, Manager,
- Administration, Content Management);
- SAP Enterprise Learning EL (Virtual Classroom deployment)
- SAP HR, LSO and EL BW Business Content
- Integration with SAP FI, CO, MM, SD;
- At least 5 years' proven experience and subject matter expertise designing SAP system architectures in a large enterprise environment, involving SAP
- ERP and SAP
- SAP ECC 6.0 (in particular HCM components and LSO extensions)
- SAP LSO
- SAP EL (including Adobe Connect)
- SAP Adobe Connect
- SAP EP (including ESS, MSS, Knowledge Management, LSO portals)
- SAP BW 7.X;
- SAP BusinessObjects BI 4.x;
- SAP PI 7.x;
- SAP Solutions Manager 7.x;
- SAP Identity management (IdM);
- SAP Industry Solutions for Public Sector (Extensions, Add-ons, Industry Solutions) would be an asset.
