SAP Business Support Analyst(Finance/MFG)
Summary:
We are looking for a senior level candidate with an experience-set that can support both SAP Finance and Manufacturing functionality.
Requirements:
1. Five plus years of experience supporting both SAP Finance and SAP Manufacturing with deep technical knowledge of both areas.
2. Five plus years of experience in SAP Finance support with deep technical knowledge of Finance and sound working knowledge of SAP Manufacturing.
3. Five plus years of experience in SAP Manufacturing with deep technical knowledge of Manufacturing and sound working knowledge of SAP Finance.
4. Five plus year of experience and deep technical knowledge in SAP Finance.
Requirements:
Four year degree in computer science, information systems, business or equivalent.
Experience with support tools: Remedy, Quality Center, Ascendant and Solution Manager are preferred.
Understands/analyzes more complex business issues/problems, applies methodologies to determine root cause, and works with Level 2, Level 3 and the business to identify appropriate solutions
Experience working in a broader enterprise/cross division business unit model
Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business model
Ability to work effectively within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast paced changing environment multi-tasks, prioritizes and meets deadlines in timely manner.
Extremely strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization.
Strong organizational, attention to detail and task follow-up skills
Adept at handling multiple assignments in a timely manner and meeting assigned deadlines
Proven problem determination and root cause analysis skills.
Ability to travel up to 5%.
Maintains relationship and communications with business and IT:
o Understands the various business entities, their enabling information systems: both those developed by IT and by others.
o Serves as an advocate and at times a liaison between IT and the business area.
o Communicates effectively with management to enhance their understanding of the opportunities and limitations of IT solutions.
o Provides effective written and verbal communications.
Five plus years experience in: SAP FI/CO module in a support environment. Thorough knowledge of:
