SAP CRM Solutions Consultant (Global Consultancy)
My client is a leading Global Consultancy based in London who are looking to add a strong SAP CRM Solutions Consultant to join their growing SAP Solutions team in Canary Wharf. They are enjoying continued growth in their SAP Practice and have an very healthy SAP CRM Project book.
Your responsibilities as the SAP CRM Solutions Consultant will include:
* Define IT Strategy, Roadmap, standards and guidelines
* Develop and maintain strong client relations with senior and C-level executives
* Involved in the design of Architecture Roadmaps
* Work closely with the Business Analysts, Account Managers and Delivery Leaders in ensuring the Architecture is aligned to the strategy directions
* Support business development
* Develop business cases
* Plan and ensure project execution
* Present the portfolio platform through the business lens
* Educate the business partners
The ideal SAP CRM Solutions Consultant we are seeking will possess the following skills and competencies:
* Strong Understanding of Architecture design in SAP CRM
* Good knowledge and experience of SAP CRM ABAP, CRM actions configuration, CRM Events, CRM one order framework
* Experience with at least 2-3 end-to-end implementations
* Worked on at least 1 SAP CRM upgrade programme
* Excellent understanding of the Consultancy business model
* Good communication and key stakeholder management skills
* SAP CRM Certified is a preferred however not essential
