SAP Data Analyst
Support the 2020 Vision by stewarding the development, deployment, utilization, and improvement of management system tools (SAP, APO, related tables and interfaces, etc.) throughout CCR's Product Supply System specific to the APO and Planning functional area. Provide functional business process and technical system solution support to CCR Planning associates.
Utilization: Maintain business continuity by ensuring system availability, user capabilities, and process compliance for the SAP APO solution:
* Triaging new incidents and driving issue resolution
* Performing regression testing for APO transactions solutions
* Maintaining master data accuracy in key data tables and assist users with data management
* Maintaining job aid and training documentation
Improvement: Drive productivity increases and reduce total cost of ownership through system solution enhancements and business process standardization:
* Conducting Power User Group meetings and other user training sessions.
* Stewarding RFS enhancements for new changed functionality
* Participating in SAP Assessments; developing and executing improvement plans
Deployment: Assist Deployment Teams in deployment readiness:
* Master data preparation
* CR development testing
* User security training
* On-site go-live support.
Minimum Education Required: Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Education Level: Bachelor's in Supply Chain or Information Systems related degree preferred
Minimum Experience Required: Minimum five years of experience working within SAP APO (DP, SNP, PP/DS, VMI, or CIF).
Preferred Experience Level: Proficient with general APO functionality; configuration and ABAP experience.
Minimum Skills Required: Five years of experience in SAP APO Support, Deployment or Power User activities:
* Strong problem solving / troubleshooting skills.
* System assessment and improvement skills.
* Knowledge of APO CIF and Process Chains
* Basic ECC (R/3) knowledge in the areas of MM, PP, and SD
* Project Management basic skills
Preferred Skills: Technical SAP knowledge with configuration and debugging capabilities
