You must meet the minimum requirements below:
- MUST HAVE Experience in a consulting style environment (currently employed through a systems integrator, vendor or consulting firm).
- MUST HAVE hands on experience in 4 full life cycles of SAP FICO Implementation.
- Minimum 8+ Years SAP FICO CONSULTING experience with large global implementation (apart from Support role or end user, key user roles)
- Must have 2 years minimum experience as SAP FICO Project Lead or Manager with a global consulting firm handling implementation projects (apart from support manager role)
- Functional Lead Consultant who has handled Design of process, solution development in several SAP implementations in SAP FICO and specialize in Greenfield Implementation Projects
- Very good and effective Communication skills required - Fluent in English
General
- Extensive experience in technology development and functional implementation
- Demonstrate success in designing and implementing complex technical and functional solutions, identifying gaps, addressed the gaps with solutions
- Demonstrate in depth understanding of key business processes in the area of FICO, as well competencies in process and application design
- Ability to translate business requirements into processes, and contribute to the development of how this will be supported in SAP
- Experience working with the business in documenting requirements and translating to system design and solution
- Can demonstrate success in working with global teams and delivering functional solutions
- Have the ability to manage the Client's Process owners/ key users
- Have owned and was accountable for blueprints, application configuration documents, functional specification and application documentation for the FICO functional domain
- Have identified solution/tool requirements and select the solution/tool to support the design with collaboration with Process Architect and leads.
