The IBM – Resource on Demand Team is currently seeking a SAP HCM Consultant for a contract opportunity in the Ottawa area
Mandatory Skills:
· Federal Government Security Clearance – ERC level or higher
· Certified in SAP HCM
· Experience in :
o Design and analysis
o Configuration
o Development of specifications
o Full cycle release testing
o Documentation (Blueprint, Fit Gap, Configuration notes, etc.)
· Hands on experience with the following
o CATTS
o Personnel Development ( PD )
o Organizational Management ( OM )
o Structural Authorizations
o Time Evaluation
o Personnel Administration
· Functional experience with Netweaver
· Hands on experience with SAP Workflow
