SAP HCM / HR PA, OM, PD, Learning Solutions Consultant Job
LSI Consulting is a SAP and Business Objects services partner specializing in the public sector with an exceptional reputation for quality. LSI’s tremendous growth is fueled by our GovOneTM, CampusOneTM , and HealthOneTM template-accelerator solutions for the Public Sector markets we serve, as well as our Remote Application Managed Services business. As a result of this growth we are looking for experienced SAP consultants for our public sector practice. We are currently seeking the following individual full time employee hire:
SAP Public Sector HR / HCM (PA, OM, PD, Learning Solution) Consultant
Qualified candidates must have completed multiple full life cycle implementations and have at least two to four years functional configuration experience in PA, OM, PD, and Learning Solutions. Prior consulting experience is a big plus. Candidates should have strong functional skills and have the ability to facilitate group discussions related to business process blueprinting. Presentation experience, as well as the ability to assists clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit/gap analysis, configuration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support of SAP HR solutions, business case development performance measurement. The required knowledge and skills for the role are:
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain settings in SAP for PA, OM, PD (appraisals) and Learning Solutions
- Ability to write functional specifications, experience interfacing with external systems
- Experience with HR Transformation projects, strong business process skills (great, if prior experience in Personnel Administration functional role, or degree in HR Management)
- Creative problem resolution and clear business analytical skills
- Ability to ensure SAP HR integrates with workflow, and other SAP modules
Qualifications
- Good knowledge of HR best practices and industry trends, be able to act as a business analyst focused on process improvement, business requirements analyses (if necessary without SAP)
- Demonstrated understanding of PA, OM, PD, and Learning Solutions processes
- Minimum 2-4 years hands on SAP HR Configuration Experience
- At least two go-live implementations/upgrades
- Minimum of one public sector project
- In-depth knowledge of ASAP methodology and toolsets
- Excellent knowledge of SAP HR functionality
- Experience implementing SAP public sector functionality
Technical Skills
- The candidate should be experienced in one or more of the following areas (SAP 4.7 through ECC 6.0)
- SAP HCM PA, OM, PD, and Learning Solution Configuration
- Experience implementing SAP public sector functionality
- Knowledge of ASAP methodology and toolsets
