SAP HR Business Analyst MNC FI $40-55K contract-perm recruitment

The Company

A multi-national financial institution is urgently looking for a SAP HR Business Analyst to participate in a global HR SAP project roll out, initially on a 6 months contract to permanent basis. Engagement starts in mid-Feb/early Mar 2012.

The Role

As a SAP HR Business Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the business and technical resources to implement the SAP HR projects and support ongoing system enhancements in HR department. You will report into the SAP HR Project Manager to help determine the strategic HR system architecture and for implementing the roadmap. You will work closely with the sponsors and stakeholders to analyze business processes and issues, conduct feasibility studies and impact analysis on possible system solutions. You will also coordinate with business process owners and IT to agree on priorities and schedules, update project status and escalate to project manager if necessary.

Your Profile

To qualify as a SAP HR Business Analyst, you have at least 3 years of solid business analysis experience in SAP HR implementation project. You have knowledge of SAP Enterprise Compensation Management, IT solution delivery processes with an IT background. You also have a degree in IT or related discipline with PMI certification preferred. Immediately available is highly preferred and will be considered first.
