The Company
A multi-national financial institution is urgently looking for a SAP HR Project Manager to manage the global rollout of SAP, in particular the HR modules, initially on a 6 months contract to permanent basis. Engagement starts in mid-Feb/early Mar 2012.
The Role
As a SAP HR Project Manager, you will manage the global roll-out, manage vendors, internal and external consultants, users, internal staff, and stakeholders. You will work closely with business process owners, vendor delivery manager, and internal IT on project deliverables and all SAP HR development. You will also perform business analysis, ensure project governance model is adhered to global policy. In addition, you will ensure project scope is maintained per agreed and you will represent the SAP HR project team for all global project level meetings.
Your Profile
To qualify as a SAP HR Project Manager, you have a degree in IT, Computer Science, Accounting, Project Management, Business, or related curriculum. PMI certified preferred. You have at least 3 years of HR project management experience with knowledge of SAP HR modules. You are familiar with IT solution delivery processes with IT background. You are assertive and confident. You speak fluent English and Cantonese. Immediately available is highly preferred and will be considered first.
