SAP IS/U CRB Consultant

This role assists clients in the selection, implementation, and support of the SAP IS/U CRB (Industry Solution-Utilities/Customer Care System). Apply consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the client's business environment. Provides hands on technical leadership direction to the team, understands business challenges translates them into process/technical solutions. Areas of potential focus could include FICA (Finance Contract Accounting), Billing, WebIC, Retail, Device Management, Customer Service, or Billprint). Experience working for/with utilities preferred. This individual is responsible for successful delivery of assigned tasks on SAP technology initiatives around the SAP IS/U CRB (Industry Solution/ Utilities Customer Relationship and Billing). This individual provides hands on technical knowledge as well as manages client relationships within the context of individual role. Activities include: Configuration of IS/U CRB and development of work products client deliverables. Areas of potential focus could include FICA (Finance Contract Accounting), Billing, WebIC, Retail, Device Management, Customer Service, or Billprint). Consultants are expected to acquire and apply knowledge of IBM's consulting methodology, key technologies and engagement support tools. Required * High School Diploma/GED * At least 1 year experience in documenting business requirements * At least 1 year experience in providing team leadership for specific functional areas * At least 1 year experience in applying knowledge in demonstrating how the SAP modules will meet business requirements or can be configured to do so * At least 1 year experience in supporting project management in task estimation, execution and reporting * At least 1 year experience in demonstrated ability to evaluate and resolve complex system and technical issues * At least 1 year experience in working in the Utilities Industry * Readiness to travel Up to 5 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements) * English: Basic knowledge Preferred * Bachelor's Degree * At least 3 years experience in documenting business requirements * At least 3 years experience in providing team leadership for specific functional areas * At least 3 years experience in applying knowledge in demonstrating how the SAP modules will meet business requirements or can be configured to do so * At least 3 years experience in supporting project management in task estimation, execution and reporting * At least 3 years experience in demonstrated ability to evaluate and resolve complex system and technical issues * At least 6 years experience in working in the Utilities Industry * English : Intermediate Additional information The world is getting smarter, triggering unprecedented change.
