SAP Master Data Management Lead
Your main responsibilites as Master Data Management Lead
Provide leadership to the master data management team, guide globally and coordinate with the business, data stewards and IT team
Organize and execute data quality improvements, and refinement of MDM tools and processes
Coordinate and manage our offshore partner to perform mass data loads, log errors, and identify load related errors
Work closely with business to address key issues, revise on going mass update request and prioritize MDM tasks
Align with the data distribution program with the project team Blue Ocean
Plan and manage year and mid-year mass updates with business
Good understanding of the master data tools and technical dependencies in the current IT Infrastructure and capabilities to manage the on-going changes
Maintain good relationship with the respective Business Process Teams and IT Application Teams
Requirements for the Position as a Master Data Management Lead
University degree in Information Technology or similar
SAP Data Management experience, minimum 4 years
Good knowledge of SAP ERP and CRM in the area of Materials Master Master Data
Project Management experience and financial understanding
Technical experience LSMW, ABAP, Additional Load Programs (BAPI, Java)
Strong service orientation and customer focus
Strong communication skills
Good team player
