Group IT - Vestas Wind Systems
Group IT in Vestas is one of the largest IT competence centers in Denmark, who delivers solutions and support for a huge amount of projects and systems. With an installed base of more than 100 SAP systems, and with 700 colleagues, we have an ever flowing stream of challenging IT-projects which must be delivered with high quality and speed.
The PI team is currently 8 employees and is a part of the SAP Technology team which consists of 30 employees primarily in Denmark and the Philippines. The work area is very broad and we cover all aspects of integration between SAP systems as well as non-SAP systems.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
You will act as SAP PI consultant in all the work that the SAP Integration team does; this calls for extensive project work, both in defining, development and handover to the support department. It is important that you are motivated by technical challenges.
You have solid experience with SAP PI development. You strive for technical excellence in your solutions, but at the same time you have the ability to look beyond the technical implementation and advise both application and business partners in projects. You are committed and passionate around the Integration area - and especially committed to SAP PI.
You have a proven track record with integration of processes and applications using SAP PI. You possess the ability to handle a task from start to end - specification, development, testing, documentation and bug fixing/error handling. You are communicative and service minded - as there is a lot of interaction with many different stakeholders and projects. Furthermore you need to be fluent in English - both orally and written.
