Responsibilites:
Ensure excellence in service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Solve 100% of support requests within SL timeframe.
- Solve requests within his area of competency.
- Complete each request registering solution, workaroundcs and recommendations for each ticket assigned, according to the company’s processes.
- Inform customers on services that are not provided by Level 3.
Prioritize requests and validate those with high priority with respective supervisor (for taking immediate action).
- Document ALL solutions in English.
- Identify groups and in some case, the specific person (Level 2 and IT Clients).
- Inform supervisor when request cannot be solved, and should be escalated to a Client IT Solutions area.
- Reassign requests to correct groups in case Level 2 has
Requriements:
- University or college degree
- 2-3 years SAP PM support experience
- Fluent English is a must
- Client focus
