SAP Project Manager

The SAP Project Manager (PM) is directly responsible for successful delivery of process transformation, change management, and technology initiatives. The PM will also have direct involvement in business case development and performance measurement. A deep understanding of operations/ business challenges and the ability to translate them into solutions is critical. The PM may assist clients in the selection, implementation, and support of the SAP Projects. This role uses consulting and application skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the client's business. The project manager will also be expected to support sales initiatives including RFP response, orals presentations, staffing/timeline creation and GPE creation. Required * Bachelor's Degree * At least 4 years experience in At least 3 full project lifecycles SAP implementations * At least 2 years experience in Managing a team of 10+ full-time employees (FTEs) * At least 6 months experience in Mananging externally contraced team resources * At least 6 months experience in Business case development * Basic knowledge in proposal development of at least 3 proposals with one having a TCV over $1m * Basic knowledge in Revenue management of a revenue stream of at least $1M * Readiness to travel Up to 4 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements) * English: Intermediate Preferred * At least 8 years experience in At least 3 full project lifecycles SAP implementations * At least 4 years experience in Managing a team of 10+ full-time employees (FTEs) * At least 2 years experience in Mananging externally contraced team resources * At least 2 years experience in Business case development * At least 2 years experience in proposal development of at least 3 proposals with one having a TCV over $1m * At least 2 years experience in Revenue management of a revenue stream of at least $1M * Certified in SAP * English : Fluent IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
