General Summary
TBC Corporation has an immediate opening for an SAP SD (Sales Distribution) position in our Shared Services group located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
In this position, you will be responsible for the implementation of SAP SD functionalities to support TBC’s Retail business. We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Configuration Analyst, ideally with experience with ICM Incentives Commissions Management. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of one successful full lifecycle implementation of the SD module including experience as a Team Lead, configuring the various sub-modules of the SAP SD module in a Retail or Wholesale company. This position requires solid knowledge of the integrations between the SD module with other SAP modules, such as Finance, Materials Management, Service Order Management, etc.
Primary Responsibilities
· SD-ICM Incentives and Commissions Management is an advantage
· Work with the SAP team and TBC pricing and promotions business users to define, configure, develop and support the pricing and promotions module
· Assist TBC in defining, staffing and training this area to support Retail, Wholesale and Web pricing initiatives
· Work closely with the Master Data Management team to ensure the relevant attributes and hierarchies are in place
· Participate in the training, go live, rollout end state system support activities
Education Experience
Bachelor's degree in the area of Computer Science Engineering or Business Required
- 7+ years experience working with the SAP platform
- 5+ years experience with configuring Sales and Distribution (SD)
- Requires in-depth knowledge of SAP configuration (IMG) in Sales Master data setup, Sales Order processing, Shipment and Delivery Processing, Partner Determination, Pricing, Promotions, Web UI and Interactive reporting.
- Trained in using the ASAP methodology on at least one full implementation
- Experience analyzing business/technical problems and selecting, designing, or implementing information technology solutions.
- Candidates must have strong experience working with business unit leaders
- Assume responsibility for the SD Pricing configurations and reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEF) integration.
- Experience in the configuration of promotions such as free goods determination, sales deals and other promotional discounts.
- Ability to support merchandizing and pricing team with retail and commercial pricing management.
Preferred
- Understanding of SAP ICM (Incentive and Commissions Management) or willingness to learn ICM in order to support employee commissions moving forward.
- Understanding of Business Information Warehouse tool.
- Experience in the calculating commissions via pricing in SD
- Experience in maintaining and managing custom price management tool or standard SAP tools such as Khiametrics or Vindavo
