The IT organization is working for all business units worldwide and supports all main business processes on a single global common template SAP solution.
In the past the Architects were working through-out the company. This has been changed with the redesign. Now the Architects are in the same team, this means Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects and Business Process Management.
Job Description
As a Solution Architect you will be the solution owner of one or more processes within the organization. The organization is rolling out global templates which become more and more common. You will guard the integrity of these templates. You are responsible for setting up the roadmap, sell the solution and fight for your ground on HQ level.
You will be communicating closely with the business process owner, projectmanager and functional consultants. You must have deeply technical as well as deeply functional process knowledge. You will evaluate the fit/gap of the Operating Companies together with the Functional Consultants.
Each month you will be travelling a couple of days internationally.
A pre-employment screening and assessment is part of the procedure.
Job Requirements
- Completed a bachelor or university study;
- Proven experience as an Architect within a complex international environment;
- 6-10 years total SAP experience;
- Strong experience with Stakeholder management;
- Strong functional ownership;
- Awareness with Architect methodology like TOGAF;
- Industry experience with FMCG / CPG is a preference;
- Deep relevant process knowledge of Record to Report;
- As a person you are outgoing, pro-active / self employer, comfortable with change and experienced with political environment.
