SAP Trainer / Instructional Designer for Profesional Services Company in Montvale, NJ
Experis is looking for SAP Trainer/ Instructional Designer to work for one of the largest professional services company in the world. This position will be responsible for the design and development of all training materials and the oversight of the globally developed materials. They will manage a team of offshore writers and retain accountability for the quality of all project produced training materials.
Responsibilities:
Develop solid understanding of current and new processes as they affect the end user groups. Work with local and regional subject matter experts to develop, validate and agree accurate and appropriate training content Develop the initial fit / gap of Global training materials Develop best practice process for inclusion in training materials Determine training needs based on the master list of processes Lead workshops to map roles to the processes and position to roles Document job impact assessments and documentation needed need to ensure a smooth workforce transition Localize Global training materials as appropriate to ensure fit for purpose for local end user training including development of additional material for those processes which are specific to the member firm Utilize uPerform to localize or develop materials Support transition of materials to the US and Canadian Learning and Development team Ensure quality and consistency in the development of all training materials Manage an offshore team of developers Develop and execute to a quality review process for the development of all training materials
Skills:
- Development experience of classroom, virtual and web-based training material development
- Knowledge and hands on experience of all process areas (Engagement Management and Billing, Finance, CRM, Marketing, Reporting)
- Experience delivering training (preferred)
- Experience with uPerform (preferred)
