SAP TRAINER-URGENT Job in Dublin Ireland
Hartley People are currently recruiting for a full time SAP SPECIALIST for a Trainer role based in Dublin with a large pharmaceutical company.
Job Purpose: The role is to support the successful implementation of the Global ERP (CERPS) programme by:
- Ensuring business leaders and end users within Market have the knowledge and skills to be able to adopt and comply with the new system, processes and organisational structures
- Develop and deploy the instructor-led training program for the organization, including the support of Train the Trainer programmes and End User Training initiatives, to meet the needs of the organization.
- Foster the continued improvement and growth of the business. Classroom training responsibilities include working closely with the Project Team and key stakeholders to quickly and effectively understand business process and/or system changes as it relates to training impacts. The SAP Trainer will provide training on the full SAP ERP 7.0 suite of applications as well as customized, proprietary bolt- ons.
- Amending, localising and adding to updated training documentation and build training data in the training environment, as necessary.
Experience:
- Ÿ A SAP specialist, with deep application expertise in the areas needed, and from a large enough organisation to cover all applications.
- Ÿ Expertise in both the services (training strategy, planning, content creation, training delivery) and the required training tools.
- Ÿ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ÿ Strong training skills, able to lead and motivate different geographical sites who may not be physically co-located in the training room.
- Ÿ Strong influencing and negotiation skills, particularly with business partners at various levels of management within the organization
- Ÿ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish credibility for professional input at all levels of the organization
- Ÿ Effective in an environment with tight deadlines, finite resource and uncertainty
- Ÿ Facilitation skills— both large and small group and including senior executive levels
- Ÿ Sponsorship and stakeholder management skills
- Ÿ Project Management Skill – focusing on delivery and embedding.
- Ÿ Experience is all areas including R2R, P2P, O2C, WnD.
- Ÿ Knowledge and experience of GSK’s Commercial and Finance functions
- Ÿ Exposure to large scale training project in SAP 7.0
- Ÿ Must be able to ramp up quickly to understand GSK requirements, system configuration, and new business processes. The individual will be required to work with workstream superusers to gain mastery of the system.
Experience with at least 2 full-cycle implementations(including course to position role mapping, training documentation including addendums and manual workarounds, train the trainer and end user training) for large–scale business transformations is key.

- Ÿ Finance – Record to Report, pricing and rebates
- Ÿ Order to Cash and Customer service
- Ÿ Consensus forecasting
- Ÿ Purchase to Pay – Procurement, requisition process and Travel and Expenses (TE)
- Ÿ Advance knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
- Ÿ Experience developing SAP classroom training materials
